• Do I need to make a booking?

  Putt when ready! Bookings are only required for Birthday Parties and Groups with 10 people or more players.

• If I purchase extra games, can I play them on different days?

  Yes, of course! Multi Game passes have no expiry date giving you the flexibility to play your games whenever you choose.

• What happens if it rains?

  Putt Putt Mermaid Beach is open rain, hail or shine! The Fun Run course is covered with waterproof shade sails on all 18 Holes. 

• How long does it take to play one course?

  An 18 hole course takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on the number of players.

• Are you open on Public Holidays?

  We are open 9:00am to 10:00pm every day of the week including all public holidays with the only exception of Anzac Day from 1:30pm to 10:00pm and closed on Christmas Day.
